Michael has earned Dual Associates Degrees focused in Architectural Design and Drafting from Greensburg Institute of Technology and Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Fayette-Eberly Campus.
As a prelude to meeting with our potential clients, we have prepared a Client Survey and provided a portfolio of MLCMS’s Copyrighted Custom Home Designs from which our clients can select for the purpose of either duplication or alteration to suit their needs. The client’s Design Selection combined with the Client Survey will act as your Request For Pricing and will assist in providing us with design specifications, sizes, styles, materials and finishes for the purpose of estimating construction costs.
Based on the Design and Square Footage of your Home Construction Project Selection, please be as descriptive as possible when completing your Client Survey and/or providing “other” information.

Following the guidelines set forth by WPPC and building in conformance to current PA Energy Insulation Codes; (Envelope | PA Energy Code), all of Michael's homes are energy efficient for both Gas Forced Air and Electric Heat Pump with back-up Electric Resistance Furnace systems.
